I'm aware of the process for receiving updated, but from my understanding the feature is now fully deployed everywhere. I'm not able to locate the exact roadmap ID about this feature but I was announced for an availability during August last year so I believe the feature should be working.

 

I'm looking for the roadmap ID of this feature to confirm or other element I could perform a check like network or browser policy that could also block

Ok, I think I found the M365 roadmap link for above features. Check: SharePoint: Microsoft Lists - User experience (UX) update: 

You can raise a support ticket with Microsoft directly to understand why it is not available for your tenant: Get M365 support - online support

    Thanks for locating the roadmap ID.

    After extended testing the problem is coming on our proxy configuration

      We had to exclude svc.ms from the proxy if this info can help someone 🙂
