We are also experiencing this issue. I am currently unable to open or edit new records in our lists.
As a workaround I can use a Power App to do it but it's not a permanent solution.
- Apparently Power Apps are not a suitable workaround either if you're using Lookup columns as the Lookup doesn't get updated if you add a new record into that.
