Sharepoint list

Hello,

I have created a sharepoint list and I would like to automate it a bit.

When the value of the first column is "A", I would like that the values of the next 3 columns are automatically filled in with the value "B".

If the value of the first column is something else than "A", you can still fill in the cells in the next three columns.

Thank you in advance

Louis

louisquinet this isn't possible with SharePoint on its own because you would need 3 calculated columns (to be populated if the value of the first column is A),  but you can't manually add data into a calculated column (it the first column is anything other than A). So you'll need to have 3 single line of text columns and then use a flow in Power Automate to check if the first column has changed and if it has, if the first column is A then populate the other 3 columns, otherwise don't take any action so you can enter the data into those columns manually.
