Sharepoint list

Hi folks!

Just have a quick question about a Sharepoint List that's been around for a while. I have this problem whenever i double-click on a row, i want it to show the objectives from that row but instead it shows "New answer" with loads of empty values. Why? It worked before but not now all of a sudden.
