SharePoint list title column coming up as random numbers (.000)?

Hi, 

I have a SharePoint list which is used as a task bar. It's been working fine for months but all of the sudden the title column is showing as random numbers? 

Has anyone come across this before? Is this a bug on Microsoft side?
