SharePoint List Gallery View Thumbnail Error

I'm experiencing a similar issue except (just posted in this forum too) my images don't render in the details pane or as a thumbnail. I've seen the responses that say to select No for "Offline Client Availability" (did this) and "disable" for attachments, but I'm not seeing the disable attachments option in Advanced Settings.
