SharePoint List Formula to show SUM of Column Values

Hello All, I have a SharePoint list with the following column types:

Plant Location-Choice

Work Cell-Choice

Position Cell Score-Number

I need to create a field that sums all the values Position Cell Score if Plant Location=Plant 2 and if Work Cell=Shaker. Better yet would be a formula that would sum the values of Position Cell Score if Plant Location=Example all combinations and if Work Cell=Example all combinations.
