SharePoint list error is preventing access to list

I build a SharePoint list to use for a Data Quality Issue Log, I was able to create a Mirosoft Form within the list to populate the list based on the form. I've since been doing some research and every forum says this isn't possible and you have to use PowerAutomate so I don't understand how I was able to do this. 

 

Now we are getting this error which is stopping me from accessing the list at all and our data. Has anyone had this before? Our IT team are stumped...

    MeganWeetman Forms was added to lists a couple of months ago. It's a cutdown version of Microsoft Forms and allows you to send the form link to someone and when it's completed it will add an item to the list.

     

    I can't help you with the error message; you'll probably need to re-create your list and the form.
