SharePoint list error is preventing access to list

MeganWeetman Forms was added to lists a couple of months ago. It's a cutdown version of Microsoft Forms and allows you to send the form link to someone and when it's completed it will add an item to the list.
I can't help you with the error message; you'll probably need to re-create your list and the form.
