SharePoint list display &#1084 code instead of "M" letter.

Hello.

I create a flow that crates new items in the SPO list when a new letter arrives.

But the problem is that all "м" letters display as &#1084 code.

The letter "м" is from Cyrillic alphabet

Issue appears only when item created from the letter.

If i try to modify it 

What could be the issue of it?
