Sharepoint List Column Type with Time format HH:MM:SS

Hi All,

I'm quite new with SharePoint and i am trying to format 2 Columns using the Date Time type and i need to be able to format them like this:

Column A - time only

HH:MM:SS

17:35:27

hour:minute:seconds

Column B - date and time including seconds. Currently sharepoint default date time shows up to minutes. How can i add seconds to this ?:
