Intern_cPMO the first thing I noticed was that you have no else on the last if statement
IF([Site Release-AR Status]="YES","RELEASED TO SITE",

You need an else clause where I've put "???"
IF([Site Release-AR Status]="YES","RELEASED TO SITE", "???"
