SharePoint list - person columns and deleted users
With a person column, contents are populated from user accounts within Azure. I've tested that when a user is completely purged from Azure, the name remains in the list. Can anyone confirm this...
- SharePoint maintained it's own "copy" of a user profile per site collections.
This list is at this location for each site collection <SiteCollectionURL>/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0
If you delete users from this list their man will drop off when you see it in the lists
