SharePoint List - item visible but clicking on it does not open it in popup (similar to edit screen)

DisForms.aspx might have gone corrupted, mostly post-migrations.
Check your Site Storage Metrics and see if the "Form templates" list is still present
If none of these found, DisForms.aspx to be exact, try creating a new list and see if the issue reproduces.
Also try creating a new view in the same affected list with OOTB columns, no custom ones and see.
