Sharepoint list - dynamic contacts?
Hi all, first time listener, first time caller here:
i have a question that i haven't had much luck searching for, but, i'm guessing it is because i don't really know the correct terminology? (or it isn't supported?)
so, i have an excel file that has alarm messages with contact information that is unique to each message - i want to get these into a sharepoint list or series of lists (there are several hundred messages to manage and we may opt to have them by building or by business unit or whatever) but i was hoping to have a blank spot or place holder for each contact and then the contact name and number as a seperate column in the entry.
the reason for this is 2 fold -
- i am going to use a power automate flow to generate the messages, because we are also looking to get feedback from SMS and email so we can have a round robin that continues until we get a response
- while the contacts may be the same often, the ORDER of whom is contacted varies with almost every message and i want a more manageable way to replace names and/or numbers when needed.
So far - i have this (with redacted information):

here BOB and STACY are specific people i've redacted the names and numbers of - what i'd like to have is:

and then when the power automate gets involved, it replaces Name 1, and #, Name 2 and # etc.
thoughts on how to accomplish this?
