Sharepoint Links not working
we have an issue where sharepoint share links generated byy to power automate don’t work when users try to access. We have been running the same system for 1 year without any issue. When clicking any share link, even generated manually the message “”an unknown error occurred” appears. What can be done to resolve this as operations have halted with this as it’s an important part of our workflow.

- Treat this as a SharePoint issue, not a Power Automate issue, because manually created links also fail. Check Microsoft 365 Service health first.
- In the SharePoint admin center, verify the organization sharing level, then open Sites, Active sites, select the affected site, and confirm its Sharing setting is not more restrictive.
- Run the Check SharePoint User Access diagnostic and verify an affected user through Settings, Site permissions, Check Permissions.
- Review recent Conditional Access, DLP, Terms of Use, and authentication changes. These can block access or break Power Automate connections, which should then be reauthorized.
- If all newly created manual links still fail, open a high priority Microsoft 365 support request with the failure timestamp, affected site URL, sharing-link type, browser trace, and correlation or request ID from the error page.
- About the same here. Links in de Power App worked till a few days ago. Now the linked files do not open or are downloaded instead. Office update?
