SharePoint Library built-in "Extracted Text" column

Hi guys,

I was watching this video timestamp 5:35 and the guy in the video said that there is a built-in column in SharePoint Library called "Extracted Text" where it automatically perform OCR to extract text from the image/document.

I can't seem to find the column? Can someone please shed some light?
