SharePoint Hybrid configuration disabling

Hello All,

We setup a hybrid SharePoint and used the Hybrid Picker for the configuration. Our SharePoint farm is based on 2016 FP1. We need to reconfigure our SharePoint on-prem farm because of DNS and certificates changes and recreate from scratch. Is there any process / step by step guide for disabling the hybrid configuration ? 

Doing a search on the net didn't show any info :-(

We will setup back the hybrid configuration after our changes.
