SharePoint Hub site navigation second level flyout do not show for the first time.

Appears to be a bug with SharePoint hub sites. If you have hub navigation like below and when you do the flyout for the first time it will not show. If you go to another node and then come back it works fine. If the first sub-node do not have flyouts it works fine. Did anyone notice this issue in their tenants?
