SharePoint files duplicating with Computer Name suffix

Please let me know if find the solution. Currently having this problem and it is not stopping.
- It turns out there was a Flow that was causing this issue. The trigger was 'when a file is created/modified' and then i had a 2 minute delay before performing the actions. This was not allowing enough time for syncing to occur so I have since increased to a 4 minute delay and have not seen this issue re appear
