SharePoint File Upload maximum size

Hello

 

I noticed strange while upload the file which is more than 10 GB. When I try to upload file which approx 13 GB, I got error. When I drag and drop same file, I am able to upload.

 

Is it by design or I am missing some settings?

    It seems to be a bug...in theory SPO upload can handle up to 15 GB per single file no matter the upload method you use

      I tested the tool from another laptop, 15 GB able to upload.

       

      I am not sure what is the problem with earlier laptop.
