After learning that Sharepoint esignature was finally available in EU, I spent the whole day trying to implement it in my tenant (I'm Global Admin). I followed all the steps correctly, set Syntex up...
In SharePoint, go to the app market and install DocuSign or Adobe Sign, set the permissions, and you can use electronic signatures!
