The solution for us was simply to Reset Settings in Edge. That fixed the issue for all users.

was it a viable solution? We are having multiple customers with this iframe setup and has for some customers worked for years and suddenly they are given the "401 Unauthorized", but when opening it in sharepoint, it appears that the credentials are updated and therefore the iframe is working again..
