SharePoint email link sharing
Hi A receiver is not receiving an email when an item is shared from SharePoint list, although it says a link is sent but receiver never receives the email. Any thoughts.
They need to check their spam filters. Office links from time to time have a tendency to be marked spam, or move to bulk folders etc.
I assume the person that shared the link also received the e-mail and showed in their sent items?

I checked the spam folders already even I didn't receive the email confirmation.
I usually receive an email when I share an item from the SharePoint list.
Do you think this is kind of bug?

- Have you tried some other test links? Could be an issue. I’ll try when I get to office.
I tried several email address nothing worked, only if you click on outlook and then it takes you to your personal mailbox to share the copied link then it works but if you click share by putting the email address in share option, it doesn't work. We cannot use the personal mailbox for work purpose.
