SharePoint drag and drop file to the document library is not working

we/users are unable to upload files from my local machine to the SharePoint document library using drag and drop method.

Getting an error as " Sorry, for some reason this document couldn't upload. Try again later or contact your administrator" 

Please help me on this.

    Some additional information here would be appreciated, namely: -

    • What file type are you trying to upload?
    • What browser are you using?
    • What version of SharePoint?

      Hi Steven, Thanks for the reply, 

      PFB answers,

      • What file type are you trying to upload? - Any file
      • What browser are you using? - All browsers ( IE 10,11 & Chrome & FireFox) 
      • What version of SharePoint? - SharePoint 2013
      • Note :  Within server able to drag drop the file but over internet issue facing.
