SharePoint drag and drop file to the document library is not working

Some additional information here would be appreciated, namely: -

What file type are you trying to upload?
What browser are you using?
What version of SharePoint?

Hi Steven, Thanks for the reply,

What file type are you trying to upload? - Any file
What browser are you using? - All browsers ( IE 10,11 & Chrome & FireFox)
What version of SharePoint? - SharePoint 2013
Note : Within server able to drag drop the file but over internet issue facing.
