SharePoint Design 2013 Connection Issues

We try to connect our SharePoint online account using SharePoint Designer 2013 for create the workflow.

 

But when we tried to connect it always shows update the SharePoint designer 2013 version even we updated the update patch.

 

How to solve this problem

    I think the update you need is SharePoint Designer 2013 SP1. It can be downloaded from below location:

      After update this patch it's moved to the login page, but we can not log in our SharePoint.

       

       

      our office 365 account based on Germany (office.de). Is there any issue about this?

       

      We already activated Publishing Approval Workflow in our SharePoint site collection features.
