SharePoint custom list forms have suddenly changed

Question

Since this morning, in SharePoint, the customized list forms that were created with PowerApps have changed, probably from Microsoft: the forms no longer "roll" from right to left and cover the screen, but appear as a square area in the middle of the screen, and only part of the content is now displayed.Is there a way to restore the original form design and size?
