Sharepoint Custom Form

Dear All,

There are two lists:

1. Header Data contain 2 columns: Title and ID

2. Item Data contain 3 columns: Title, ID and Header_ID

In Shipment_Header, i custom PowerApps form to save both data into both Header and Item

Unfortunately, this form is unable to edit of each record

Please kindly advice.
