SharePoint crawling Issue: This URL uses V3 format.............

We recently enforced "HTTPS" on SP, we later noted that we couldn't search for any of the content uploaded on SP. On further investigation we noticed that the crawler was throwing an error for the "HTTPS" url - This URL uses V3 format and will be deleted. This will be recrawled using V4 format -

    Can you show the format you used for your content source(s)? It should be updated to reflect 'https://' as well as, for People Search, 'sps3s://'.
