So, I don't know of any org web-parts etc. However. PowerApps has a pretty nice Organization Browser app template, that works well and you can customize it if you need too. But you can use a PowerApp webpart, link this Application in, and you will have a full fledged Org browser built right into SharePoint pages. They could also use this on their Mobile device via PowerApps App once deployed.
