SharePoint Brand Center Beyond Fonts

With the fonts and the font packages in Brand Center, organizations want to modify their style in e.g. their intranet. Following question seems very difficult to clarify:
Tenorite and Tenorite Display are 2 fonts that each M365-subscriber has for use in Word, Excel, PowerPoint both desktop and webapps. So, license wise you can use these fonts.
Question: can we configure these 2 fonts in the Brand Center so one can use them in e.g. the corporate intranet thanks to the SharePoint Online Brand Center?
Myfonts.com did answer me pointing me to Microsoft support. Microsoft support did close my ticket without good reply.
So how can I know if I may use these fonts in SharePoint Online?
