SharePoint app downloads not working

Hi,

We are trying to encourage use of the SharePoint app, however, when opening files in the app, the 'Download' and 'Open in browser' options do nothing, which means a user has to tap 'Open in Safari' and re-authenticate just to download a file.

Any ideas?
