SharePoint 2016 On Premise - Last Accessed Date (not modified)

Hi, apologies if I have missed a previous post but I am looking to see if there is a way to find out when documents/lists within a Site Collection were last accessed, not modified.  We are looking to move to SPO and want to ensure a review is carried out of anything not accessed within the last 7 years.
