SharePoint 2013 Search Service Application The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error
Search Administrative Status: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error
When i click on Content Sources link in left navigation getting 'Sorry, something went wrong! An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'
Search services are running and topology shows all in good state. We have not done changes in environment recently. I have tried following
- Restart services SP Timer, Search Service, IIS
- Reboot all servers in SharePoint Farm
- Ran configuration wizard to fix any configuration issue
I have not tried recreating search service application. This would be my last option. I do not want to create new search application without knowing the root cause. Also Full crawl will take 72 hours approximately.
Search is working for users, I have problem with some search admin pages only. Any suggestion would much appreciated.
Any suggestion?
