SharePoint 2013 Public Website with InfoPath Forms - Recommendations Needed for Public Website CMS

Good morning - I am working with an agency that hosts a public website on SharePoint 2013, which includes InfoPath forms. I understand that SharePoint 2013 is no longer supported, correct? Is Microsoft's recommendation to stop hosting public websites on SharePoint 2013?

I believe the recommendation is yes as I have found a Microsoft article on how website hosting is not offered for M365, and their https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/switch-from-using-a-sharepoint-public-website-to-a-partner-hosted-website-cd0b5af5-d23f-4195-801e-145ec62604b3?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us. 

Is it correct to state that Go Daddy and Wix are not Content Management Systems and do not offer forms compatible to InfoPath? Can anyone recommend a CMS public website hosting solution that includes a forms solution comparable to InfoPath?
