Yes since the usersinfo table will still contain the same users in it after migration.
Do you mean there will be or not issues ;-)? By the way: Do you think (Sudesh) you can elaborate more on what kind of permissions issues you are talking about?
- Requirement is to retain same permission in 2007 after migration to 2013. Since intermediate 2010 env is being in a test domain not sure if this can cause any issue.
