Sharepoint - Site contents - loading folders/save folders issue

Hello -All, I wondering with somebody had a loading issue to save and modify folders into site contents in SharePoint? SharePoint said -working on it forever - https://www.dropbox.com/s/l4k6...

Hi jjsnow,

Are you uploading files/folders and doing "Quick edit" at the same time? It's very odd behavior and it looks like other operations are trying to complete but cannot. Does your site have sufficient storage capacity and is the issue persistent?

Thanks for your help.

I checked our the storage and we still have enough stored capacity.

"Are you uploading files/folders and doing "Quick edit" at the same time?"
I am not sure that the user is doing both at the same time. However, sometimes even tough if we do one by one took so long to upload any file.
