Sharepoint - Process click metrics
Can sharepoint capture user behavior, where “user behavior” is defined as the clicking of buttons in a workflow form, and then the data collected is analyzed and a specific set of instructions provided to improve the process cycle time and user experience

Hi saraalways72 not directly but you can use PowerApps connected to your SharePoint data source. In the PowerApp you can have buttons which which do some action via the On Select function. Then if necessary you can use Flow to do additional actions.
