    Dino_Vothink it could be related to the time zone the given user has set in his delve profile, make sure these are correct.

    Other Option is the time-zone of the SPO-SiteCollection, just use the Gear to aceess the settings-page (/_layouts/15/settings.aspx) and there under Site Administration you find the regional settings.
