No errors - the file just won't open
Even the rich client doesn't start, or it starts but remains "empty"?
Strange did you add your domain to safe list? are the users logged in to there office?
Our domain is added to the safe lists
When you click to open in either Word or Excel the file attempts to call the program but it never opens. If you go to Word or Excel that file does appear in the recent documnets as the lastest file opened and will open if called there
We have scanned for any matware and viruses - none. All temp files have been deleted.
Very strange.
- Yeah very strange...I assume you have tried other devices on and off domain, inside and outside the network? If so service ticket time.
