Shared with Link user used wrong account
We have a user that forwards their email to a different service(don't get me started). The shared with link for SharePoint was sent to their Office 365 account but.....they opened it with their gmail...
Are you talking about a guest link? Or a specific person link? Because if it's a guest link it shouldn't matter who opens the link it doesn't track it, unless your logged into 365 at the time of clicking the link.

They used the Only our Organization link.
- Still confused, because it shouldn't matter where they click the link, they will be prompted to login to Office 365 when trying to access that link, and they need to login with their proper credentials of that org. If they are getting that usual "This user bla bla bla not in the domain" error. You got to make sure they log out of 365 from that message. Hope this makes sense.
