Share Web Part Across Sites

I have some content that I'd like to repeat across a number of sites.  It has text in it with only 1 or 2 words that will be different on each site. 

Anyone have any suggestions as the best way to do this.  I know I can do this with an embedded PowerApp but I still have to address how to change the specific words. 

 

Here is an example...

 

Example...I want to go to the <insert variable text>

 

Site 1: I want to go to the Store. 

Site 2: I want to go to the Office. 

Site 3: I want to go to the Concert.

    CindyZ you could create a page on one site then use the Copy to function above the Site Pages library to copy the page to the other sites and amend it there.
