About half of our employees have computers and Microsoft accounts and the other half do not—the latter are mostly our crewmembers (other than Captains). There are documents I need to share with them ...
I think the only way to achieve that is to generate an anonymous link with an expiration date to limit the access to contents over time: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/best-practices-anonymous-sharing?view=o365-worldwide
Note: be aware that using this approach may have security impact/breaches.
Every person in this planet knowing the generated link can access and read the content (until the expiration date)
