Share Point Online - mail distribution list (security group) name changed
Hello, i have a really tricky problem in SharePoint Online. Since we introduced SPO, we activate the security group option for a mail distribution list. The permissions worked fine for the persons...
Silas_Muth Even if you remove the group permissions, it may still exist on the site collection. Go to site permissions, open any group, and change the MembershipGroupId to equal 0. Find the group in question and delete it from there. Then add the group back.
