Share point Approval workflow Dates Required

Hi, I have created a form column in share point designer with Approval1, approval 2, approval 3 and approval1 date, approval 2 date, approval3 date

Query:

I have uploaded a document with Quick parts> document property with the above fileds.

how automatically capture the approval dates into the documents when workflow completed.

such as

Approval1 > approval1 date

approval 2> approval 2 date

approval 3> approval3 date

Please help
