Share a Sharepoint Page without requiring login

We're a homeowners association and we'd like to try and share files with our members without the home owners requiring a license. we'd prefer to "pretty up" the sharing by having them in a page vs. just sharing out links to folders in One Drive.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

I did try to embed an iFrame with a folder link but that doesnt seem to work.
