Set theme for modern pages titles and web parts headers

Hello,

we would like to set color to titles of modern SP pages. Is there any way to do that?

Also we would like to change titles at News web part. When I changed it in custom theme it changes also desriptions and it was all in one color. We need to change titles only.

Can you help please?
