Set Geo Location to Region?

Is there a way to set a Geo Location to a region? In our company we have offices located in regions within our state refered to:

Central

Northern

Eastern

Western

This would be for specific zip codes within our organization.  Is there a way to accomplish this somehow?

I know typicall it works off of addresses and zip codes.
