Sensitivity labels in SharePoint Server?

I'm looking into using SharePoint Server for a project containing confidential data. Company policy is that this sort of data is to be kept in-house.

Sensitivity labelling and sensitivity policies appear to be a valuable approach to restricting what can be done with files - but are these features available in SharePoint Server, or are they only available Online?
